About The Position

The Head of Content at vCluster Labs will build and lead a content engine positioning the company as a reference point for how AI clouds and enterprises build and operate AI infrastructure. The role owns content strategy across buying stages, SEO and AI answer engine presence, and flagship thought leadership, with performance measured through trials, demos, and influenced pipeline. The Head of Content will bring product marketing, DevRel, creative, and ecosystem teams together on a coordinated growth-focused calendar. The role develops distinct content tracks for AI cloud providers and enterprise buyers, including telcos launching GPU services, Fortune 500 AI Factories, and platform teams operating clusters across public and private clouds. It leads search and AI answer engine strategy across technical and business topic clusters, and owns the annual State of the AI Cloud report, executive thought leadership, and content chapters of the year-long brand campaign. The Head of Content will oversee a unified content calendar and a production program that ramps to two to three SEO-led technical posts per week, one webinar per month, two benchmarks or reference architectures per year, and four new customer stories per year. The role will create AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, technical review, and repurposing, while ensuring content is accurate, supported by approved proof, on brand, and precise about technical claims. It will establish organic, AI referral, and conversion baselines, set targets, and report content’s contribution to sourced and influenced pipeline. Early goals include completing an SEO and AEO audit and prioritized plan within the first 30 days; improving organic and AI referral traffic and conversion within three months; appearing in AI answer engine results for top category prompts; and attaching content to a growing share of Tier 1 and Tier 2 opportunities by the end of 2027. vCluster Labs is a venture-backed, remote-first company headquartered in San Francisco. It builds infrastructure software for AI cloud providers and AI factories and has a distributed team.
