About The Position

This is a Girls Volleyball head coach position.

Requirements

• Completion of NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching”
• Completion of NFHS “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches”
• Completion of concussion training annually
• Completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest training annually
• Completion of “NFHS Heat Illness Prevention” course annually
• Completion of NFHS COVID-19 Course

Nice To Haves

• Successful completion of the ASEP Coaches Education Course prior to May 15, 2013

Responsibilities

• Complete NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches” courses prior to assuming the position (exceptions apply for those who completed ASEP prior to May 15, 2013).
• Maintain a copy of the concussion certificate on file every year.
• Maintain a copy of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest certificate on file every year.
• When applicable, maintain a copy of the "Fundamentals of Coaching" completion on file.
• When applicable, maintain a copy of the "First Aid, Health, & Safety" completion on file.
• Complete the “NFHS Heat Illness Prevention” course annually and keep a copy on file.
• Complete the NFHS COVID-19 Course and keep a copy on file.
