About The Position

This position is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Key duties include merchandising, filling, stocking, and rotating all product in the Grocery Department. The role also involves maintaining inventory accuracy, managing front-end efficiency and friendliness, balancing safe, issuing loans, handling all cash accountability, and managing daily books and deposits.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain an efficient front end with a friendly atmosphere.
• Count and balance daily books and deposits.
• Issue and verify money to tills.
• Lead, direct, and oversee front-end service.
• Coach team members for performance improvement.
• Maintain functionality of equipment, such as registers.
• Monitor case temperatures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with handheld daily-weekly scans.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
