Responsibilities include ordering, inventory maintenance, maintaining daily logs, quality control, reducing shrink, and achieving gross profit goals. The role involves making sandwiches, using the meat slicer, baking bakery products using the oven, preparing salads, stocking various areas including freezers, walk-in refrigerators, bakery tables, cheese cases, and HMR cases. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions using cleaning products, operating deli scales and bakery printers, detailed cleaning of the department, cleaning the rotisserie, packaging and labeling products, training new team members, managing department safety, and abiding by all company policies.
