About The Position

The Grocery Manager will be responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. This role involves merchandising, stocking, rotation, and store-to-store transfers within the Grocery and General Merchandise Departments. The manager will also maintain inventory accuracy, assist with department hiring, and provide team member coaching, accountability, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and accountability for performance standards of team members.
