About The Position

Oversee total store operations including merchandising, filling, stocking, and rotation of all product in the grocery department. Maintain inventory accuracy, manage front-end efficiency and friendliness, balance safe, issue loans, handle all cash accountability, daily books and deposits, assist with hiring, and provide team member coaching, accountability, and evaluations. Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors.

Requirements

• Monitor case temperatures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with handheld daily-weekly scans.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
