About The Position

The Meat Manager is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. This role involves meat cutting, processing, wrapping, pricing, merchandising, cleaning, sanitation, stocking the deli, receiving product, tracking invoicing, maintaining accurate inventories, assisting with department hiring, and conducting team member coaching, accountability, and evaluations.

Putting product away in cooler and freezer.
Coaching department team members for performance improvement.
Assist with the creation of department work schedules.
Weekly Computer-Paperwork.
