About The Position

RingCentral is hiring an HCM Program Manager to drive delivery of Human Capital Management initiatives, including module rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. The role is hands-on and coordinates HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and the HCM vendor to ensure initiatives are delivered and adopted. It is an in-house role; the manager remains responsible for the platform after go-live and continues improving it.

Requirements

At least 5 years of project or program management experience.
Hands-on experience driving at least one full-cycle HCM implementation on a platform such as UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
Working knowledge of core HR processes, including hire-to-retire, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and compensation.
Experience managing vendors and implementation partners against scope and SOW commitments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence without direct authority.
Strong command of project management tools and methods, such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Comfort handling sensitive employee data and working within privacy and compliance requirements.
Clear, confident communication skills, including briefing leadership and facilitating working sessions.

Nice To Haves

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Platform certification, such as UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, or Dayforce.
Multi-state or international payroll experience.
Background in change management, such as Prosci or similar.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, including module implementations for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting, as well as upgrades and vendor releases.
Build and maintain integrated plans across related workstreams, tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget.
Manage status reporting, working sessions, and steering committee updates for HR, Finance, and IT leadership.
Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, and business partners and translate them into scope, configuration needs, and success criteria.
Manage the HCM vendor and implementation partner, holding them accountable to scope, timelines, and SOW commitments.
Coordinate integrations with adjacent systems, including ERP/GL, benefits carriers, LMS, ATS, and identity management.
Own testing and data migration execution, including end-to-end, parallel payroll, and user acceptance testing.
Lead change management, training, and communications to support adoption by employees, managers, and HR teams.
Plan and run cutovers and go-lives, manage hypercare, and transition work to ongoing support.
Surface risks early, escalate with options, and contribute to the HCM roadmap based on post-launch learnings.
