About The Position

The Workday HCM Manager leads and architects complex Workday implementations and owns overarching platform areas, including security, tenant management, and reporting/dashboards. The role works closely with Workday analysts to track high-level work efforts and the roadmap, manage project interdependencies, and collaborate on root-cause analysis. It focuses on understanding business needs and creating solutions, shifting analysts from order takers for Centers of Excellence (COEs) to solution creators, and ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support for analysts’ assigned focus areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Workday experience.
• 3–5+ years of technology best practices experience, including requirements gathering and testing/release management.
• 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills.
• Customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Workday Pro certification.
