The HCM Analyst supports the organization’s Back Office Transformation initiatives, including the implementation and optimization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements gathering, system design support, testing coordination, and cross-functional alignment. The role will partner closely with the Sr. HR Systems Specialist, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT/BIS, and operational stakeholders to design and enable scalable, future-state processes that improve efficiency, data transparency, and employee experience.
