About The Position

The Lead Oracle Analyst will play a key role in WWT’s transition to Oracle Cloud HCM by translating business requirements into system configuration, validating data conversion, and identifying integration risks between legacy processes and the new Oracle environment. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture, HR business processes, and underlying data structures, with regular collaboration across HRIC, architecture, project leadership, HR, Finance, Payroll, and delivery teams. The analyst will lead technical and functional design decisions for the target-state Oracle Cloud HCM environment, including data model and conversion, integrations, Fast Formula standards, reporting, and business process fit. The role also supports testing, cutover readiness, platform maintenance, enhancements, and HRIC’s broader HR and compensation systems. It will mentor HRIC analysts and developers, help resolve complex transition issues, and identify opportunities to redesign legacy processes to reduce manual work and technical debt. The target design should support data integrity, payroll continuity, compliance, scalability, auditability, and appropriate reporting security.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good follow-up skills, particularly during data conversion validation and cutover.
