About The Position
Support the HR Cruise initiative by providing Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise, focusing on Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Administration, and query creation. This is a 12-month contract role for an investment bank, based in New York, NY, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days on-site.
Requirements
- Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration.
- Experience creating queries.
- Experience documenting business requirements for technical teams.
- Experience with data migration validation.
- Experience creating and executing test plans.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects or implementations.
- Experience working with HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities
