About The Position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist works with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. The work includes facilitating workshops, generating deliverables, configuring applications, conducting comprehensive testing, advising on business-process best practices, planning and executing deployments, and providing post-go-live support. The specialist also configures HCM tables and business rules.

Requirements

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Benefits, across major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with payroll, benefits, and absence management.
• Business Process Analysis experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
