About The Position

As a Manages Services - Oracle Cloud HCM Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Managed Services practice, you will oversee large-scale Oracle implementation projects, coordinating resources and stakeholders to deliver successful Oracle solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, and monitor progress. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Utilizing Oracle Business Process Management for strategic initiatives
Managing complex projects with Oracle Project Resource Management
