About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and optimize Fast Formulas in the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. The developer partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions supporting critical HR processes. The role also supports Oracle HCM configurations, integrations, reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas.
Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development projects or teams.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reporting, and analytics.
