About The Position

Qaurs Techno Systems LLC is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Lead to join its team in New York, NY. The role leads enterprise-level payroll solutions and client implementations, with responsibility for workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, and delivery across the full implementation lifecycle. The Lead serves as a key liaison among client payroll and business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams. The work includes Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud, related Core HR integrations, testing, and go-live support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud, including Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payroll Processing, Corrections and Adjustments, Payslips, Reporting, and Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, including earnings, deductions, pre- and post-tax deductions, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations, including end-to-end integration testing.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP integrations, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with Redwood page personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll certification.
• Multi-country implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite client workshops, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration.
• Act as the key liaison between client business and payroll stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Support the complete implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), parallel payroll, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing for Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations.
• Implement and work hands-on with Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud capabilities, including elements, balances, Fast Formula, retro payroll, costing, payment methods, payroll flows and processing, corrections and adjustments, payslips, reporting, and reconciliation.
