This role is responsible for setting up equipment for startup, and performing the task of removing heads and chiseling both cheek bones inside and out. The position requires adherence to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. The individual will be responsible for removing heads from the viscera pan and chiseling both cheek bones inside and out. This includes setting up the area with all necessary equipment, monitoring the production area for trash and food debris on the floor, and performing minor maintenance on equipment. Various other tasks may be assigned by lead personnel, supervisors, or superintendents. The job requires the ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work on and around machinery and chemicals. Cleaning the work area at the end of the production shift, including sweeping and picking up debris, is also a key responsibility. The role involves performing tasks for 8 hours on a concrete floor, which may include standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Additionally, the position requires working in temperatures of 35 degrees Fahrenheit or less for a minimum of 8 hours.
