This role is responsible for identifying and removing any and all defects from hogs prior to final USDA inspection. The position requires adherence to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. The job involves setting up equipment in preparation for startup, setting up the work area with all needed equipment, and monitoring the production area for trash and food debris on the floor. Various other tasks may be assigned by lead personnel or supervisors.
