This position is responsible for identifying and removing any and all defects from hogs prior to final USDA inspection. The role requires adherence to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. The team member will set up the area with all needed equipment, monitor the production area for trash and food debris on the floor, and perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. This role is specifically for current team members at the Newbern, TN facility.
