They may also support seasonal resets, installations, and other team members in nearby territories. This part-time position averages 11–15 hours per week on a variable schedule during the work week. Work may increase before and after major holidays, with additional days or extended hours; some holiday or weekend work may be required. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours per week have access to voluntary benefits. The position involves working on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms. It is physically demanding and requires frequent movement and handling of merchandise and display fixtures. Merchandisers must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores and access to Wi-Fi and the internet.
