About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to present Hallmark products, maintain inventory, build relationships with store teams, and represent Hallmark. You may also support fellow merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with products from other companies in stores you service. The role includes day-to-day merchandising, holiday support, and department resets. Using a Hallmark-provided mobile device, you restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory and displays, communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. You interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers. Seasonal periods may bring additional workdays and extended hours; some holiday work and evening or weekend remodel assignments may be required. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance. The position has a variable work-week schedule and averages 4–7 hours per week. Starting pay is $13.50–$15.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Hallmark provides paid live, hands-on and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits. This is physically demanding work on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms. It involves frequently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and potentially climbing stairs and step ladders.
