About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to maintain Hallmark product displays and inventory, build relationships with store teams, and represent Hallmark. You may also support seasonal resets, installations, and other team members in their territories. Work takes place on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms, with some assignments involving products from other companies. The role includes day-to-day merchandising using a Hallmark-provided mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor products, communicate with a supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete surveys. Seasonal work may involve additional days and extended hours before and after major holidays, and may sometimes require working on the holiday itself. Department reset assignments may involve building or installing fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections; these assignments may take place in the evening or on weekends, with remodel assignments typically communicated two weeks in advance. This position has a variable schedule during the work week and averages 10–15 hours per week. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
