As a part-time Merchandiser, you will independently service Hallmark departments in assigned retail stores, showcasing organization and time-management skills and building retailer relationships as a representative of Hallmark. You will work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support other merchandisers with seasonal resets and installations. The work may occasionally involve products from other companies in the stores you service. The position averages 10–12 hours per week on a variable work-week schedule. Duties include restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products; maintaining the entire Hallmark display at assigned stores; using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communications; providing holiday support; and participating in department installations and resets. Additional days or extended hours may be needed around major holidays, and some holiday, evening, or weekend work may be required. Availability during the weeks before and after major holidays and to support season changeovers, installations, extended services, and inventory work is required. The work takes place on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and is physically demanding. Hallmark provides paid training through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Starting pay is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees scheduled for fewer than 30 hours may access voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage for preventive care.
