The Hallmark Merchandiser works independently in assigned retail stores to showcase Hallmark products, maintain inventory, and build relationships with retailer teams. The role includes servicing Hallmark departments in grocery, drug, department, and mass retailer stores, with responsibility for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned locations. A Hallmark-provided mobile device is used for merchandising tasks, communication, time reporting, feedback, and surveys. The position also supports seasonal demand, holiday merchandising, department resets, installations, and fellow merchandisers in other territories as needed. This is a part-time role with a variable work-week schedule averaging 13–20 hours per week. Availability before and after major holidays, potentially including weekends, is required. Additional days and extended hours may occur around holidays, and some remodel assignments may involve evenings or weekends. Starting pay is $11.00–$13.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases, and part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits.
