•$11 - $13•Onsite

About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to showcase organization and time-management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, and may support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations. The role may occasionally involve working with other companies’ products in stores you service. You perform service work in Hallmark departments at grocery, drug, department, and mass retail stores. Day-to-day work includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products and displays, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device to complete work activities, report time, communicate with your supervisor, provide feedback, and answer surveys. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores and interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers. The position supports seasonal demand, including additional workdays and extended hours around major holidays. At times, you may work on the holiday itself, including weekends. You may also join teams for installations and department resets, such as building or installing fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may involve evening or weekend work. Merchandisers may support other team members in their territories as needed. The position averages 10–12 hours per week, with a variable schedule during the work week. Starting pay is $11.00–$13.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage for preventive care.
