Scheduler - West Monroe, LA
About The Position
S&B is seeking a Scheduler to take ownership of schedules for medium to large EPC projects or alliance programs. The role performs detailed schedule analysis, supports project management with planning and progress control, and mentors junior schedulers. The Scheduler develops and maintains project schedules, facilitates interactive planning, assesses schedule risk and critical paths, and coordinates with engineering, procurement, and construction leads to align schedules. The position also supports reporting, forecasting, milestone tracking, schedule recovery planning, and scenario analysis. Most work is conducted in a professional business setting, with occasional field trips or assignments to plants or other field locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of EPC, alliance, or construction project scheduling experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of CPM, resource loading, and schedule integration.
- Ability to read and interpret project contracts, scope, and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
