About The Position
JCPenney Salon seeks salon professionals to provide professional styling services and deliver a superior client experience. Stylists determine clients’ needs and provide services including current haircuts, finishing, and chemical services. The role involves listening to and interacting with clients, building a client base, and partnering with salon team members in a learning-oriented environment. Compensation includes a stated pay range of USD $11.00 to USD $16.00 per hour, with service-sales commission varying by credential level, sales, and productivity. Requirements
- Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state where applying.
