About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team as a hairstylist or barber in a supportive, welcoming, team-focused environment. The salons are busiest Friday through Sunday, offering a steady flow of customers, opportunities to earn tips, and a high-energy salon setting. Evening and weekend availability is required.

The position offers flexible, part-time scheduling, dependable retail hours, and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as available. Stylists receive ongoing training, one-on-one technical coaching, and development through Great Clips University. Customers come through walk-in traffic and Online Check-In, so stylists do not need to bring their own clientele, self-market, manage appointments, or pay booth rent. The role emphasizes delivering great haircuts, customer service, and teamwork. The stated earnings are $25–$40 per hour, including tips and incentives. Medical benefits and paid time off may be available at some locations and may depend on hours worked.

Requirements

• Hold a valid cosmetology or barber license; licensing requirements vary by state or province.
