About The Position

The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position responsible for the overall performance of a The Little Gym location. The role typically reports directly to the location’s owners. The Gym Director teaches gymnastics-based classes using the company’s curriculum and teaching method, leads staff in delivering excellent customer service and membership experiences, manages day-to-day operations, hires and oversees staff training, maintains the facility and equipment, and sells programs to prospective customers.

The Little Gym is an enrichment and physical development center serving children from 4 months through 12 years. Its classes are designed to help children develop skills and confidence in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• Gymnastics experience is required.
• Customer service experience.
• Management experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love of having fun and bringing joy to others.

Nice To Haves

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experiences.
