About The Position

The Gutter Installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer requirements, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily work, transporting and staging materials, inspecting vehicles and job sites, and reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns. The position is safety-sensitive and may include warehouse duties and other assigned tasks. Travel is local, with out-of-town travel as required, and includes daily travel to job sites.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Able to meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

Install company products in accordance with work orders, manufacturer requirements, and quality and safety guidelines.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
