About The Position

The LeafGuard Installer works and trains under the supervision of the Production Manager. The role includes customer service, installation, site cleaning, and truck inventory. Installers are responsible for completing installations promptly and safely, providing excellent customer service, completing paperwork, and complying with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations. The role requires working in inclement weather and performing physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, climbing, and bending.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the construction field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving services.
• Comfort working in inclement weather.
• Ability to stand, lift, climb up to 40 feet, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to use various hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Roofing, siding, or gutter experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete installations in a timely manner while ensuring safety precautions are followed.
