About The Position

As a Gutter Installer with Royalty Mooney & Moose, you will measure, cut, and install gutters, downspouts, and related components on residential and commercial buildings. You will ensure gutters are securely attached and correctly pitched for proper water drainage. The work involves physical tasks, including lifting materials, climbing ladders, working at heights, and using hand and power tools. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of gutter installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to work at heights and on roofs.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform bending, kneeling, and extended standing.
• Manual dexterity to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, and follow safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and clear communication with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Measure building rooflines to determine the required gutter lengths and quantities.
• Cut gutters to size using specialized tools.
• Install hangers, brackets, and other supports to secure gutters to buildings.
• Pitch gutters correctly to ensure proper water drainage.
• Install downspouts and related components.
• Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
