About The Position
As a Repair Technician (Guitar) at Guitar Center, you will maintain and repair customer-owned instruments and help maintain specific store inventory. The role supports business growth through a positive customer experience and high-quality craftsmanship. Successful technicians are customer-focused, approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to helping customers; they take initiative to identify and resolve issues, build product and operational knowledge, and communicate techniques effectively. Technicians are also expected to work through Guitar Center’s certification program to develop a foundational understanding of products and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of guitar repair.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
