About The Position

The Guestroom Attendant is responsible for cleaning and replenishing guest rooms, completing a designated number of rooms per shift, and maintaining housekeeping supplies. The role supports the Rooms Division in keeping the hotel in sparkling condition by maintaining guestrooms and monitoring public areas. The position is seasonal and requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Desire to work in a fast-paced role.

Nice To Haves

Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property-specific standards.
Clean and replenish the designated number of rooms within the assigned shift.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and organize the housekeeping cart.
Check rooms and report damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies.
Monitor cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor public areas on the property.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
Greet and warmly engage guests.
Complete tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager.
