About The Position

The Wren at Vail is hiring a friendly, reliable Shuttle Driver to transport guests between The Wren and Golden Peak, Lionshead, and West Vail during the winter season. The role involves safely operating and maintaining the shuttle, welcoming guests, assisting with skis and other gear, and sharing local recommendations. The driver also helps keep shuttle zones and walkways clear and safe by shoveling and salting, coordinates transportation needs and schedules with the Front Desk, and assists with the parking garage during winter weather. This is a part-time seasonal role based at The Wren in Vail, Colorado, scheduled Saturday through Wednesday. The position requires weekend and holiday availability. The start date is November 6, 2026, and the posting closes December 15, 2026, or when filled. Pay is $24 per hour plus tips. Free onsite parking and ski breaks when business allows are offered.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old to comply with insurance policy requirements.
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Be responsible, customer-focused, dependable, and punctual.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and guest service.
Be able to assist guests with skis and load gear carefully.
Be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous driving experience.

Responsibilities

Help keep The Wren’s parking garage running smoothly during winter weather.
