About The Position
The Guestroom Attendant Extra is part of the Housekeeping Department and delivers a high-quality Rooms experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean and meet standards. The role anticipates, customizes, and services guests’ needs proactively and requires knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.

- One or more years of experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms, including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and bathrooms, according to procedure.
- Perform Room Attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests.
- Identify opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
