About The Position

The Guest Services Representative welcomes and assists patients and visitors to help ensure a positive experience. The role reports to the Manager of Guest Services and helps facilitate hotel accommodations, provide information, and assist with wayfinding. It covers inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas, including weekend coverage every other weekend, twice a month.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 0–6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
• Professionally greet visitors and patients upon arrival.
• Determine patients’ and visitors’ needs and direct them accordingly.
• Help facilitate hotel accommodations, provide information, and assist with wayfinding.
• Address problems creatively and focus on efficient, effective solutions that promote desired outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
