About The Position

The Guest Services Representative assists patients across multiple areas by covering inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas. The role welcomes and assists patients and visitors, helps facilitate hotel accommodations, provides information, and assists with wayfinding. The position reports to the Manager of Guest Services.

The representative is expected to meet area performance metrics, comply with policies and processes, and approach problem resolution creatively while focusing on efficient and effective solutions. Other duties may be assigned. This is a part-time, temporary employee position scheduled for 25 hours per week on the day shift.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 0–6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas to assist patients.
• Professionally greet patients and visitors upon arrival, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
• Help facilitate hotel accommodations, provide information, and assist with wayfinding.
• Meet key performance metrics for the area and comply with policies and processes.
• Use a creative, solution-focused approach to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
