About The Position

Keystone Property Management provides on-site management services to homeowner associations, individual homeowners, and resort guests across more than 50 buildings in Keystone, Colorado. The Guest Services Attendant travels around the resort to perform duties that vary with guests’ needs, including delivering welcome amenities, towels, coffee, and luggage; handling lockouts; and completing light maintenance tasks. The role offers frequent direct interaction with owners and guests and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on their vacation experience.

Requirements

• Strong passion for guest service.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• General computer knowledge and comfort using smartphone apps to manage and complete dispatched tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move comfortably in and out of a vehicle and up and down stairs.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Familiarity with maintenance and building systems.

• Balance priorities efficiently and safely and complete duties in a timely manner.
• Interact positively with guests while performing nightly duties and deliveries.
• Work independently to complete assigned duties while communicating priorities, successes, and challenges to the broader team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
