About The Position
The Phoenician Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is hiring a part-time Guest Services Attendant. The role supports the upkeep and guest services of Great Shots in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. The attendant provides courteous assistance to guests, supports golf-club rentals and related activities, and may assist with food and beverage operations. Employees may also be asked to perform other job-related duties as needed. Requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with a disability.
Requirements
- One month of related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
- Provide sincere and courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assist in educating players regarding the game.
- Direct the start of play when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Serve customers renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
- Assist with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
