About The Position

COTA RV Park is hiring a part-time Guest Services Agent to serve as the face of the resort and primary point of contact for guests throughout their stays. The role focuses on delivering welcoming, efficient service and creating memorable guest experiences at a premier Austin RV resort that hosts visitors for Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP, concerts, and other events. The agent assists guests with check-in and check-out, reservations, resort information, local recommendations, and concerns. The position also includes transaction processing, administrative and data-entry work, coordinating with other departments, supporting retail operations, and assisting with major event operations at COTA RV Park and Lot N Camping. The stated compensation is $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Deliver a friendly, efficient, and welcoming check-in and check-out experience.
Provide exceptional hospitality and anticipate guest needs.
Build guest relationships through personalized service and guest name recognition.
Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resort information.
Recommend resort amenities, activities, dining options, and area attractions.
Promote stay extensions, guest reviews, and referrals.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, focusing on guest satisfaction.
Process reservations, retail purchases, activity fees, and other transactions in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.
Prepare guest welcome materials, communications, and check-in packages.
Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to support the guest experience.
Answer multi-line phones and complete administrative and data-entry tasks.
Assist with retail store operations, including stocking, cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Support resort operations during Formula 1, NASCAR, MotoGP, concerts, and other special events at COTA RV Park and Lot N Camping.
Assist with event setup, guest support, operational needs, and post-event activities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the resort.
