About The Position
The Guest Services Agent is a guest’s first impression of Bottleworks Hotel and provides a variety of guest services in the hotel lobby or reception areas. The position is challenging and varied, offers flexible hours, and provides opportunities to meet new people. The agent helps ensure guests leave with a lasting impression and contributes to improving the guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Effective conflict management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use a variety of computer applications.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including necessary payments.
- Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.
- Address guests’ concerns.
- Refer guests to services and handle requests for information.
- Handle and store luggage.
- Assist with check-in and check-out for groups and tours.
- Assist other departments as required.
