About The Position

Lodge Tower is hiring a Guest Services Agent Bell/Valet to join their Guest Services team in Vail Village. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys an active, guest-facing position with great earning potential, likes to stay on the move, deliver standout service, and help guests make the most of their mountain getaway. Requirements

• At least 21 years of age by the start date (for insurance compliance)
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean background check
• A high school diploma
• Strong guest service skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor
• A detail-oriented, organized approach to work
• A hardworking, honest, and dependable attitude
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Bell or valet experience
• Familiarity with Vail Village and Vail Mountain

Responsibilities

• Delivering/ Retrieving luggage to and from guest rooms
• Shuttle driver
• Provide excellent customer service & creative problem solving.
• Assistant with some Concierge tasks
• Making, changing, and confirming reservations (Restaurant, transportation, babysitting, activities, etc.)
• Logging and delivering packages (mail)
• Checking parking passes
• Help around the lobby and kitchen
