About The Position

Highlands Lodge in Beaver Creek, Colorado is seeking an organized, energetic Guest Services Agent to provide a welcoming, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, handling check-in and check-out, responding to guest needs, and helping maintain clean and inviting front desk and common areas. The agent also completes pre-arrival inspections, monitors guest accommodations, supports daily operations, gives guests tours of the property and information about its features and amenities, and coordinates mail and deliveries. This is a part-time seasonal position. Operational hours are 7 AM to 9 PM, with typical shifts of eight hours; schedule flexibility is essential. The pay rate is $20–$22 per hour, with limited gratuity potential. The start date is TBD in December. Requirements

Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves
