About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist provides friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced outdoor car-wash environment. The role involves promoting products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also keep sites clean and well-maintained and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers varied, hands-on work and opportunities to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
