About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive customer experience. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also help keep the site clean and well-maintained and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The work is hands-on and takes place in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The listed pay is $15–$17 per hour, plus tips.
