About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to provide exceptional customer service as the face of the brand. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting car wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Team members also help keep sites clean and well-maintained and work collaboratively to complete tasks and achieve goals.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Schedules may include weekday and weekend shifts, with start times as early as 5:30 AM and end times as late as 10:00 PM. The listed pay is $15–$17 per hour plus tips.
