About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist provides customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor car-wash environment. The role involves welcoming customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and ensuring customers leave with a clean, dry, shiny car. Specialists also help maintain clean, inviting, well-maintained sites and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers hands-on, varied work and requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
