Guest Service Specialist | Full-Time $15-$17/Hour + Tips
About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist (GSS) welcomes customers, promotes products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, and helps ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The role includes hands-on work, maintaining clean and inviting sites, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. It is suited to someone who enjoys customer service and variety in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment. Schedules may include weekday and weekend shifts, with start times as early as 5:30 AM and end times as late as 10:00 PM. The position is full-time and pays $15–$17 per hour plus tips.
