About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support the customer experience. The role involves greeting customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also keep sites clean and inviting and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
